If you're going to choose this location for your fitness purposes. Be super vigilant about parking your car in the parking lot. My car was the third car to be broken into within one week while being a patron at the gym. And they also have no support or information regarding the multiple car break-ins in their parking. They have no video surveillance to offer. Not a safe space for working out.

On 12/3/23 around 3 pm I ask the desk attendant if he could change one of the upstairs televisions to an NFL football game he refused and then ignored me. I’ve been a paying member of this organization for almost 12 years and I’ve never been denied service. I’ve let go other issues at this gym like the fans blowing during chilly mornings when the heat is not working. This I cannot let go easily especially when Fox News is playing on four different televisions and you can’t put one of them on football smfh. If there was a closer PF to my apartment I’d go there but it is what it is. They’re lucky they’ve done away with the gym experience buttons frfr.

It looks brand new, very comfortable not too crowded. Love it! BUT... always a BUT... BACKGROUND MUSIC was horrible, not harmonic. IYKYK... music can make you sick or heal and the selection was very disturbing when I was there. Does not help me come back! Please stop commercial music with people screaming sadness, crimes and profanity out of their lungs. It is part of this low world but we just don't need more of it.

Awesome staff💪 One of the better locations because it's not too crowded. Clean, stocked paper towels out on gym floor. Restroom needed restocked however. But this is not generally an issue. Great location.

Great make over of the equipment, but after my workout, tried to take a Shower the week before Thanksgiving and the Shower Hot water is not working. Spoke with a possible manager and he informed me they were aware of this. Tried again after a week...STILL NO HOT WATER!! This doesn't seem safe, while offering restrooms and Showers, especially with Covid still around.

The place has improved immensely since the last time I was there. They updated all the gym equipment. They have also kept the bathroom clean, and I haven't had to run all over the gym looking for paper towels to wipe equipment down. Also, the kid on late nights is pretty friendly and attentive. He doesn't disappear and isn't hard to find. You get what you pay for this is not a high-end gym so no sauna. My only big issue is the hours. They close early on Friday nights and weekends so it's not 24/7 on weekends.
